Park Ambassador - Part Time
Job description
The RiverFront Ambassadors will serve as the face of front-line information and customer service for the RiverFront during peak operational/business hours including but not limited to:
- Answering and/or referring client and visitor questions.
- Explaining and enforcing The RiverFront policies.
- Assisting guest with any check out equipment such as art supplies, lawn games, etc.
- Promote the fun and excitement of the park and its various activities with an energetic tone.
The RiverFront Ambassadors are also responsible for all information kiosks operations.
- Will serve as brand ambassadors and are often the first points of contact for many visitors to The RiverFront.
- Provide Park information & facts, directions, and general advice.
- Refer the visitor to the appropriate team if the park ambassador is not able to assist the guest with a question or request.
- Maintain kiosk and surrounding area.
- Notifying custodial or operations team about any immediate needs.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Must be 16 to apply.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
