Part-Time Administrative Assistant at City Link Center
Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:
This position requires at least three years of experience in a customer service role. HS diploma required. Associate’s Degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel and Word required. Minimum 50 wpm typing skill required. Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multi-task with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Definition and Primary Objective:
As a Learning Grove Administrative Assistant you will provide great customer service to anyone calling or visiting the organization. They will act as administrative support for Direct Services.

- Reception
- Answer phones and greet guests
- Provide impeccable customer service to all visitors and anyone calling the organization
- Stay up-to-date on company events and happenings to best answer questions from colleagues and guests
- Sort mail and receive packages
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Administrative
- Performs general support activities as needed including but not limited to creating mailings, updating excel files, and filing paperwork
- Researches information as needed.
- Contributes to organization projects as assigned.
- Internal and External Collaboration
- Develops productive relationships with staff on site and at other locations
- Other duties as assigned
