Description:

As Customer Service Representative, you are the face of zSpace, creating a best in class customer experience by providing responsive and knowledgeable customer support to zSpace Customers. You enjoy interacting with people through all forms of communication (phone, email, forums, etc.). You thrive helping others from highly technical to those who need step-by-step assistance. You have a proven customer first attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide End-User customer service as required through phone, email, or web interface meeting corporate SLA response and resolution times.
  • Route general inquiries to the appropriate business group.
  • Help process and coordinate product returns and repairs (RMA’s) once identified by a Customer Support Engineer. Communicate the status of those returns with customers.
  • Keep tickets updated and accurate in the zSpace customer tracking system.
  • Generate and provide demonstration license keys to internal sales teams and channel partners in a timely fashion.
  • Provide basic assistance in retrieving keys and licensing customer systems
  • Work with other departments to identify and resolve customer license or RMA issues.
  • Ability and willingness to work outside of your job scope assisting others as business needs require.
  • Ability to have flexible work schedule between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Ability):

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to show attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to help people
  • Organized and methodical
  • 1-2 years providing customer or technical services to consumers via phone, email, web, and chat.
  • Experience with troubleshooting Windows PC hardware, OS, and applications a plus
  • Associate’s Degree or commensurate experience a plus.
  • Bilingual a plus (Mandarin or Spanish and English)
  • Current A+ Certification or better a plus.
