OPEN POSITIONS:

Pet sitters and dog walkers are needed for morning, midday, evening, weekend and occasional holiday assignments. We are looking for someone with a very flexible schedule and who is available for assignments throughout the day. This is a perfect job for someone who is retired, works from home, or makes their own schedule, and is looking for a part-time job with supplemental income. Please apply only if you live and are able to work in Mountain Brook, Homewood, Birmingham and Vestavia, and have a flexible schedule. Times can include:

• Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 9 AM, between 12 PM and 2 PM, between 4 PM and 6 PM, and after 6 PM.
• Saturdays and Sundays mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Overnight availability preferred, but not required.
• Experience giving insulin shots, preferred, but not required. A willingness to learn is required.
• At least half of the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

COMPENSATION:

Varies from $100 - $1000+ a month depending on availability. Part time dog walking and pet sitting provides flexible income.

QUALIFICATIONS:

An ideal Part-Time Dog Walker and Pet Sitter is:

• Experienced in caring for pets (Friends and family experience counts!)
• Outgoing and able to communicate effectively
• Dependable with a positive attitude
• A fast learner who follows instructions
• Capable of accessing internet/email via computer and smartphone
• Able to commit for three months or longer
