Prosper Real Estate is a growing property management company that manages several residential properties throughout the Chippewa Valley and Central Wisconsin.

We are currently looking to add another member to our staff that is interested in part-time work and wants the ability to create their own schedule while working in our Central WI region (Wausau, Merrill, Hammond).

The position requires a minimum of 10 hours per week but the right candidate can work up to 20 hours when they are available.

The ideal candidate will be the "extra set of hands" for our regional maintenance manager. This team member will be responsible for unit turns, showings, and minor maintenance requests. Unit turns include completing move-out inspections and submitting to corporate, repairing the unit if needed, and cleaning the unit so that it is ready for the next tenant to move in. He/she will have at least 3 years of home repair experience and have the ability to fix plumbing, complete carpentry, and execute other NON-Electrical repairs to rental units if needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
