The Fairfield Inn & Suites Downtown La Crosse is currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant. An ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, with great customer service skills and the willingness to make our guests their number one priority.

Candidates must be available for every weekend and some holidays, as well as various fest dates (Oktoberfest, Irish Fest, etc.) Shifts start at 9am and will end when work is finished.

The Housekeeping tasks will include guest rooms and public areas, helping maintain an inventory of supplies and linens, motivating fellow employees, and creating an environment that is warm, friendly, and satisfactory to our guests. This position will primarily work in guest rooms, but an ideal candidate will be flexible in their job duties.

Attention to detail is crucial in this position, and the right candidate will not only keep their eyes open for cleanliness, but the overall condition of the property. This is a physical job, the attendant, must be able to handle heavy items, i.e.: cleaning cart, carrying linens, large trash bags, etc.

A minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience is required. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, while being a team player is a must.'
