Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and part time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and part time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.
*Please note - candidates will be hired by, work for, and paid directly by the hiring family*
We’re currently looking for a Part Time Nanny in Anaheim (near Disney).
A lovely family in Anaheim is looking for part time care for their 5-year-old son one day each week (Wednesday/Friday alternating schedule). Ideal times of care will be from 9:30am - 3/4pm, but they are somewhat flexible. Care will need to take place outside of the family home for the most part, as dad is working from home and needs a quiet environment. Someone who can pick this sweet kiddo up, take him out to parks, the science center, libraries, etc for most of the day and return to the home for meals, snacks, etc, will be a great addition to the family! It’s also important to dad that the care provider works on educational aspects throughout the day and helps out with some kindergarten homework as applicable.
- Schedule: Wednesday/Friday alternating schedule (1 day per week, Wednesday one week, Friday the next) from approximately 9:30am-3/4pm (flexible)

- Rate: $20/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outings (to the park, library, science center)
- Kindergarten homework help
- Meals & snacks as appropriate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 2+ years of paid, professional childcare experience
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Valid driver’s license, own reliable transportation, and clean driving record
- Must be comfortable with family’s 2 small dogs and 2 cats (no care needed, but may be in the home during times care is provided)
Compensation: Position pays $20 per hour for 5.5 - 6.5 hours per week long-term
