Part Time Seasonal Office Assistant – February through April
Full service CPA & Wealth Management firm located in Oradell, NJ seeking a part time seasonal Office Assistant with the following skills and attributes:
- High energy physically and mentally
- Must be a self-starter, quick learner, flexible and intuitive, detail oriented
- Reliable, punctual, proactive, and responsible
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Organizing and distributing client information, posting mail, portal management, file organization, labeling, copying/scanning & other administrative tasks.
This position offers flexible hours and would be a great opportunity for college students. The salary is $15 per hour. We require 25 hours per week.
