Atrinity Home Health, LLC is a progressive clinician owned Medicare Certified Home Health Care Agency which specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation. Due to our steady growth, we are looking for a Weekend Physical Therapist in Wallingford and surrounding towns. This is a Per diem or Part Time position.

The Physical Therapist assesses patients in their homes while setting long and short term goals to help them return to their prior level of function as well as to ensure the delivery of high quality care to patients recovering from Orthopedic procedures in the home setting

Great Eval/Visit rate

Requirements: Must have a current Connecticut Physical Therapy License.

Minimum of 1 year experience in home health, hospital, skilled nursing facility or outpatient rehab center.
