Job description
Part-time remote administration assistant to founder of Creativities Studio, an early stage startup in children's enrichment. Founder is based in NYC, but candidates can be based anywhere in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Email correspondence with clients
- Research projects
- Calendar management
- Online file organization
- Social media management
- Manage and design marketing emails using Mailchimp & Canva
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Experience with Mailchimp and Canva are a plus, but not required
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
This is an entry level role that would be great for someone who is still in college or wants to pick up a few extra hours on top of another job. Candidates can be located anywhere in the USA - east coast time zone preferred.
Commitment of 10 hours per week required.
