Seattle Pharmacy Relief, PLLC is a well-respected, Pharmacist-Owned, Pharmacy-Specific, Washington State-Specific, Temporary Staffing Firm. We have approximately 50 Pharmacists and Technicians on staff, whom we deploy to a wide range of client sites, such as hospital, retail, LTC, specialty, tribal health, and 340b clinic pharmacies around the state of Washington.

Additional information:
While this position can theoretically be filled with a non-Pharmacist, we believe that our clients as well as our employees in the field, are best served when a Pharmacist or former Pharmacy Owner responds to their inquiries and makes scheduling and other strategic decisions.

Schedule:
Flexible. We have 3 employees already sharing the workload, covering for each other PRN. Adding an additional employee to the mix would further increase the schedule flexibility and add insurance in the event one employee becomes sick or would like to take time off. The role involves constant attentiveness to incoming calls, emails and texts. However, this role generally does not involve interrupted sleep between 10pm and 6am.

Ideal Candidate:
There would be a number of suitable candidates for this role such as a Pharmacist who would like to reach escape velocity from a large retail setting and work part-time from home, instead. Former pharmacy owners tend to do well in that they have relatable experience, having previously run a business that has used temporary staffing services as well as having had to orchestrate schedules in their past roles.
Of the utmost importance is trustworthiness, reliability, loyalty, team-spiritedness, meticulous attention to detail, attentiveness to incoming communications, and communication skills. Empathy is another critical component as this role involves helping a wide range of clients, as well as employees, navigate their way through tricky territory.

Position Location:
Remote work. However, we would like the new hire to reside somewhere in Washington State, as this will facilitate not only the extensive in-person training, but the periodic exchange of electronic devices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $300.00 - $301.00 per day
