Blythe is a locally owned lingerie boutique in the Short Pump area, specializing in hard-to-find sizes and styles for ALL bodies! We carry cup sizes AA-K, and band sizes 28-56... more selection than anywhere else in the state of Virginia. We have a fabulous mix of every-day foundations, sexy yet supportive lingerie, sports bras, swimsuits, nursing bras, bridal lingerie, loungewear, and more!

Because we carry so many specialty brands and products, we prefer to work one-on-one with each customer who comes in. This way, we can educate them on their options, assess their needs, and help them find the best products for their size, shape, comfort, and of course, style!

We currently have a couple openings for Sales Associates, who will train to become Bra Fit Experts. This position requires extensive product and bra-fit training, one-on-one interaction with customers, and strong sales performance. The ideal candidates will be extremely personable, reliable, focused, and able to work well within a team. We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond when it comes to work ethic, reliability, eagerness to learn, generating sales, and providing the best possible customer experience. Your starting pay will increase as you gain experience.

Sales Associate/Bra Fitter duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Mastery of product knowledge and bra-fit training.

- Generate and maintain high sales numbers. You will need to be able to sell independently, as well as assist your teammates to enhance team sales. Each customer requires a different amount and type of attention, so flexibility and teamwork are a must!

- Greet all customers, determine what they need help with, set them up with the appropriate sales person, ring transactions, answer phone, manage waiting list.

- Create & update customer accounts based on their preferences and purchases.

- Take orders by phone, gift-wrap, package purchases for shipping, write thank-you notes

- Restock and size-order merchandise, straightening, cleaning, and other store maintenance.

- Continued training and education under experienced managers and sales leaders

Requirements:

- STRONG sales ability, with at least 1-2 years retail experience

- Warm, outgoing personality & positive attitude

- Excel in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to "think on your feet" and problem-solve

- Desire and willingness to learn

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Have flexible availability, expect to work most weekends
