As a Front Desk Agent, you will accommodate hotel guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting, and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms, and guests accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements and collecting payments from guests.

Qualifications:

  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Prior work experience in a customer service focused environment.
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Prior work experience using a computer
  • Must pass criminal background check
