Auto Parts Clerk / Parts Clerk / Admin

Elite Line Services provides world class Maintenance Solutions under the umbrella of our parent company Daifuku, an international leader in the Manufacturing and Integration of Material Handling Equipment including conveyors, sorters, pickers and robotics. The parts clerk / admin role offers competitive compensation of $24 to 26/hour

MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK / DRUG SCREEN / VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

You will be responsible for ordering and provisioning spare parts, materials and supplies used in the daily operation of the O&M site. This position is responsible for the administration of inventory records, requisitions, purchase orders and documentation for stock on hand in storerooms.

JOB QUALIFIERS:

• 2-3years’ experience in parts procurement and inventory control
• Excellent computer skills to include Word, Excel and CMMS systems
• Knowledge of technical or automotive related parts
• Familiar with ISO standards and practices
• Experience with practices for safe storage and security of materials

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
