Tractor Central is Western Wisconsin's leader in John Deere agricultural and turf equipment. We are currently accepting applicants for a Parts & Service Support person at our Mondovi location.
Parts Support Job Requirements:
- Basic ag and turf parts knowledge as well as solid computer skills.
- Superior customer service skills and an understanding of general mechanical/technical terms.
Parts Support Job Responsibilities:
Primary focus is serving as the parts resource and liaison for Service Department
- Receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories.
- Performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.
- Provide superior customer service offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction.
Parts Support Compensation:
