Summary: Lead and develop warehouse associate team while maintaining acceptable accuracy and productivity measures in shipping/receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory per cycle count results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Develop Associate Team

· Supervise warehouse activities ensuring safety, customer service and teamwork are at the top of mind of warehouse associates

· Ensure all shipping and receiving is completed timely and accurately

· Ensure warehouse is clean and organized

· Ensure cycle counts are completed as scheduled and within the time frame required

· Ensure Inventory measures are reviewed and kept within standard

· Approve hours worked and time off for warehouse associates

· Coaching/Counseling warehouse associates

· Provide input on quarterly/semi-annual performance reviews of warehouse associates

· Assist with warehouse duties as needed

· Maintain warehouse reporting

Key Performance Indicators:

Effort: Key Inventory Measures are met including but not limited to Missing Bins, Negative OnHand Items, Cycle Counts completed, Stock Returns completed timely,

Efficiency: Cycle Count Quantity and Accuracy Measures are met; average lines shipped per rep goal is met

Customer Care: Receiving turn-around average less than 16 hours, daily orders entered by cutoff are shipped same day

Education/Experience:

College degree preferred; or 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
