Patient Care Coordinator - Issaquah, WA

Pay: Up to $24 hourly depending on experience

We have an opening for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Primary Care team, Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts!

Duties of Patient Care Coordinator:

• Checking in patients for virtual appointments
• Collecting copayments - assisting with billing questions within scope
• Updating patient demographics
• Verifying insurance information
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Collecting inbasket messages, faxes, and other incoming documents
• Answering main line and care team patient calls
• Scanning documents

Qualifications for Patient Care Coordinator role:

• At least 1 year of Patient Care Coordinator experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
• EMR experience, EPIC experience is ideal but not required
• Insurance knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have a religious/medical exemption
