Position description
Seeking Patient Care Techs throughout our Jacksonville, FL practice! Your application and qualifications will be reviewed - and you'll be contacted by a Placement to discuss opportunities and next steps, if selected.

Performs delegated tasks of patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Utilizes skills which she/he has obtained in educational programs and/or orientation and has demonstrated competency. Participates actively a member of the patient care team.

Various PCT openings in the following areas: Cardiovascular, Transplant, Ortho/Uro/Bari, Hem/Onc/BMT, Med/Surg, Inpatient Medical, SICU, MICU, Short Stay Unit, ED, Perianesthesia, Progressive Care Unit and Inpatient Flex Team.


Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Additional qualifications
Patient Care Experience preferred.

License or certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required by Day 1 of hire

Exemption status
Non-exempt

Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended
