How does providing world-class customer service in my 100% fee-for-service, relationship-based dental practice sound? We are looking for the perfect patient concierge to join our team and be a warm, welcoming presence for our patients, whether it's greeting them by name at the front desk as they arrive or providing them with personalized service while answering phone calls and emails. The patient concierge is a hybrid position and entails some responsibilities typically associated with front office and office manager positions.

Patients don’t come to my office because we take their insurance or have the lowest price; they come to be treated like family and receive the very best in dental care.

At my practice our goal is to provide life-changing dentistry, whether it's imparting confidence via a full-mouth rehabilitation, using IV sedation to treat a dental-phobic patient with years of neglect, or helping a patient with sleep apnea get their first full night of sleep in years. Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
