We have an openings for a Patient Coordinators at multiple locations, Full-time. These are General, Endo/Perio openings.

Position Summary
The primary function of the Business Development position is to manage our Wisconsin territory selling dental insurance through brokers and direct sales to individuals. This person will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of professionalism and providing a great customer experience, while consistently meeting and/or exceeding monthly sales goals.

Essential Functions

1.Project a professional image while greeting patients and visitors.
2.Check patients in and out.
3.Schedule patient appointments in-person and by telephone.
4.Collect, enter and retrieve demographics and insurance information.
5.Monitor and maintain doctor and hygiene schedules.
6.Collect, enter and document patient payments.
7.Communicate schedule, insurance and other changes with clinical staff.
8.Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1.High School diploma or equivalent.
2.Minimum of two years customer service/administrative experience. Dental or clinical setting, a plus.
3.Experience with computer software applications and the ability to learn computer software quickly.
4.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English language.
5.Demonstrated prioritization, problem-solving, organizational skills and detail-oriented.
6.Skilled at multi-tasking and making sound judgments.
7.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
8.Demonstrated ability to remain positive and calm in all circumstances.
9.Ability to work well in a team environment and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers.
10.Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
