We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Traffic Operations Specialist to join our team, working across both our Traffic Marking and Traffic Control divisions. This position is open to both experienced professionals and those eager to launch a rewarding career in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Apply pavement markings and line striping using industry-standard equipment and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure accurate work
• Assist with traffic control measures and maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at different job sites
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications (for experienced applicants):

• 2+ years of experience in line striping and pavement marking
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and materials
• Certification in traffic control or relevant training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
