Position Summary:

This role will assist the Payroll Manager in all activities related to employee payroll and data entry.

Responsibilities::

• Prepare, create, and submit reports with payroll information to supervisor and Controller
• Assist in processing payroll using payroll software. Paycom HRIS experience preferred.
• May process manual checks when needed.
• Must be able to perform job responsibilities using Microsoft excel and word. Intermediate skillset preferred.
• Assist in calculating bonuses and commissions when appropriate.
• Ability to constructively problem solve and build corresponding reports as needed

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.
• One year of prior payroll experience preferred or three years of general accounting experience.
• Ability to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Occasionally needed to work irregular hours or additional hours.
