Compensation:

$17.00-19.00 Hourly DOE. Candidates must have 2+ years of payroll experience.

Payroll Coordinator – iServ

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Processing new hires for payroll
• Maintaining Team Member records and proper flow of Team Member data
• Maintaining accurate information in payroll system of record, including:
  • Entering, maintaining, and/or processing information including hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions, withholdings, address changes, etc.
• Providing data entry support for successful bi-weekly payroll
• Collaborating with location Managers regarding various Team Member matters
• Reconciling payroll to the general ledger and monthly bank statements
• Issuing physical or replacement checks or direct deposits due to payroll errors or final discharge
• Recording and processing federal and state payroll tax deposits

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook), ADP's Workforce Now a plus
• Previous payroll experience or general accounting experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong partnering and collaboration skills
• High degree of confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and ability to prioritize work

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
