Ensure accurate and timely data transfers from Client and Client vendors to ADP Comprehensive Outsourcing Services (COS) according to the production schedule. Review and analyze vendor-provided documents and reports. Research issues and provide recommendations for resolution/correction related to payroll processing activities and outputs (checks, reports, files).

• Review and process state unemployment benefit statements for payments for multiple regions and states
• Adjust or dispute any discrepancies on the unemployment statements for multiple regions and states with the agencies
• Accurately prepare and file state unemployment quarterly reports for multiple states for Christus Continuing Care and Dubuis Health System
• Accurately prepare and file state withholdings quarterly reports for multiple states for Christus Continuing Care and Dubuis Health System
• Review and ensure that ADP accurately prepares and files timely state withholdings quarterly reports for multiple CHRISTUS regions and locations
• Accurately prepare and File 941 returns with the IRS for Christus Continuing Care and Dubuis Health Systems
• Review and ensure ADP files timely 941 returns for multiple CHRISTUS regions and locations
• Collaborate with ADP to review and address filings of concern as well as track them on a shared tax log
• Research and analyze any discrepancies with ADP filings until resolved Review and verify state and local tax forms required to establish or close appropriate state accounts as necessary
• Notify and submit required documentation to internal departments or third party vendors impacted by establishing or closing a state account
• Compile, compute and submit multiple worksite reports for multiple regions to agencies
