Ledgent Finance & Accounting has an immediate opening for a Payroll Specialist located in the Spring Branch area of Houston. This is a Direct Hire opportunity and is 100% in office. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience processing multi state payroll through ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities could include:
Process payroll for over 250 employees bi-weekly
Multi State payroll
Review time cards and monitors for incorrect clocking procedures
Process wage garnishments, bonuses, commissions, etc.

Requirements:
Experience in Payroll processing (3+years preferred)
ADP Workforce Now experience - preferred
Available Immediately

Salary: $50-60K yearly
