Job Description: Client Services/Payroll Specialist

Substitute Teacher Service, (STS) is seeking Client Services Specialists for our busy, fast-paced Aston office. We are actively recruiting candidates with the proper credentials and training.

The position: As a member of the Client Services Team, courteous and professional representatives will provide exceptional support to our clients and employees. You will be responsible for billing our customers for services provided and creating payroll entries for our employees; produce invoices, internal and external reports using Access, Excel and third-party payroll system as needed; maintain records, respond to general customer and employee questions and concerns in addition to telephone and email support; and performing general office duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma and/or higher education
• Working knowledge of computers, printers, scanners, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Word, Excel and Access)
• Internet usage of third-party payroll system
• Customer Billing, Payroll, and/or Accounting experience
• Reliable Transportation

Hours from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
12 month position
Compensation: $16.50 per hour.
