American Protection Services is a full-service, security and investigations company serving the Orlando metropolitan area and all of central Florida.

We are currently looking for a full or part time payroll specialist for our downtown Orlando office to support our Orlando office.

APSI is not your typical company. We're looking for team members that fit our culture. We work at multiple locations but work hard to maintain our team culture and our clients are business partners and friends.

Job Duties include:

  • Be a pleasant first point of contact for our company by answering the phones in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate team mate.
  • Organize time sheets from client sites and request information as required in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare payroll meeting dealines and careful attention to all details.
  • Customer Service is required for multiple internal and external customers. Handling questions with respect and with timely responses.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Bilingual. Fluent English and Spanish or Creo is a plus.
  • Demonstrated computer and online skills plus eagerness to work with new technologies and multiple social media platforms.
  • Desire to work on projects with minimal supervision and take ownership of work.
  • Proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to handle problems calmly and professionally
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Self-starter, motivated to produce superior results
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
