The PCA Position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties for a group of 20 residents, while complying with state rules and regulations.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

· Maintain a clean environment for clients. Dust, vacuum, mop, shampoo carpet and other household chores as scheduled and assigned.

· Prepare meals and serve meals as directed and following Food Safety guidelines.

· Leads and/or participates in Resident activities, promoting healthy minds, spirits and body.

Qualifications:

· Ability to build rapport with patients

· Compassionate and caring demeanor

· Ability to work well in teams

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Must have a current Minnesota Driver’s License.

· Must have current proof of first aid and CPR certification within 90 days of hire

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
