Pediatric Occupational Therapist position with very supportive company management, mentorship, great colleagues, flexible hours (make your own schedule), work/life balance and incredibly rewarding work! We are ideally looking for someone with full-time availability, but we are open to part-time. Radiant Kids Therapy currently has 1 full-time opening for an excellent in-home pediatric occupational therapist and we would love to talk with you! We have some flexibility with the start date and location.

We see all of our young clients in-home. Areas would be discussed prior to or during the interview process to make sure that part is a good mutual fit. We are mindful of driving distance; we aim to continually narrow our therapists' driving radiuses over time.

Currently, we are looking to add 1 new full-time Occupational Therapist position who would see in-home clients in the following area:

• East County (La Mesa, El Cajon, etc.) & Northeast-Central City of San Diego (specific parts of both regions)

We are currently looking for licensed physical therapists who:

• Are fully licensed in the state of California

• Preferably have previous pediatric OT experience (our clients are 0-18)
• Are kind, enthusiastic, passionate and responsible
• Are able to keep up with all required documentation (e.g., notes and reports) in a timely manner
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Are responsible, professional and communicative
• Have good physical stamina and mental health
• Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues, but also enjoy the autonomy an in-home early intervention position provides
• Enjoy working with young kids (many of our clients are 0-3; we also see up through age 18)
• Enjoy an emphasis on therapy and parent training, but also possess strong writing skills for reports
• Want to work with a supportive, therapist-owned company
• Want to feel the gratification of making a significant impact in the communication and lives of clients and their grateful families!

Compensation

Full-Time therapist caseloads range from 24-35 scheduled client hours per week (the therapist can choose from 3 full-time tiers within that range, based on their preferences). Compensation ranges from approximately $75,000-110,000+, depending on caseload tier selected, experience and qualifications. Fluent bilingual Spanish-English salary ranges are higher. Full details of compensation + benefits are given upon job offer, so you can choose between the flexible options we offer.

Part-Time hourly rates typically range from $55-65/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. (Bilingual part-time rates range from $60-70/hour.) These are W-2 employee positions.

About Us

Radiant Kids Therapy is a therapist-owned company based in beautiful San Diego, serving the pediatric population (0-18). Our team is currently made up of over 60 excellent occupational, speech and physical therapists (both part- and full-time) throughout the County, all of whom hold a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in their respective fields and are licensed to practice in California. Some of our therapists have 25+ years of experience; others are newer to their field and many are in-between. We believe pediatric therapy is most effective in the child’s natural environment: her or his home. This setting, paired with our focus on parent training and support for younger clients, result in greater carry-over of skills and techniques learned during therapy sessions.
