The Pet Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities and surrounding grounds. The duties include sweeping floors, sanitizing restroom facilities and collecting trash to ensure the pets have a clean space.

Job Responsibilities

• Dishes for cat and dog area
• Laundry using a commercial washer and dryer
• Sweeping and mopping pet area, lobby, grooming, and common area floors
• Cleaning outdoors runs and play areas
• Cleaning empty villas and townhomes
• Cleaning Windows
• Dusting
• Cleaning bathrooms and break rooms
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors daily
• Able to clean pet accommodations / facility to maintain our high standards
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours
• Operate basic computer software
• Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holiday

Pay Rate – $10.00 to 13.00 (hourly)
