Opening in 2016, Tailor Made Compounding has been established as one of the top compounding pharmacies in the nation through our compounding expertise, knowledge, and experience. We are experts in compounding for a variety of indications such as men's health, women's health and IV therapy, as well as provide a more suitable alternative to standard prescription and over-the-counter medicines. We work closely with our physicians to solve problems for hard to source and hard to compound pharmaceuticals.


Tailor Made Compounding is looking for a Pharmacy Sales Representative to ensure clinic acquisition and retention. All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal laws, and current company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is ambitious, skilled, customer service driven, and highly organized.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of products and compounding
  • Remain up to date on new products and regulatory changes
  • Possess ability to educate prescribers on new and existing products
  • Provide superior customer service and maintain relationships with assigned provider accounts
  • Work closely with pharmacists to create product education materials, in addition to other business development projects
  • Monitor sales metrics across the entire organization and assigned territories
  • Update CRM provider profile with detailed and accurate information
  • Generate routine and custom CRM reports to analyze relevant sales data
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in verbal and written communications
  • Follow established sales operating procedures and best practices
  • Execute mass communication campaigns and maintains a follow up schedule
  • Implement planned sales strategies based on analytics and customer requests

Experience and Educations Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales (pharmaceutical sales preferred but not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Some interest or experience in the health and fitness space
  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable communicating by phone; strong active listening skills with ability to confidently speak with healthcare practitioners
  • Consistently demonstrate commitment to the Company’s success and growth
  • Self-motivated; works independently with minimal supervision
  • Customer-focused (both internal and external customers); ability to work with customers to help determine product selection for their practice in order to provide best patient care
  • Embraces and adjusts to change; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Can identify problems/issues and participate in problem resolution as appropriate for job level
  • Seeks and is open to feedback, interested in personal development and displays willingness to improve
  • Ability to speak Spanish strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30.

Additional Information: Full-Time employees receive 3 weeks of Paid Time Off per year plus an additional Birthday PTO day to be used in the month of their birthday!!
