Phlebotomist – Grants Pass Lab

Siskiyou Community Health Center has an opening for an experienced Phlebotomist to work in our Grants Pass Lab. The Phlebotomist is responsible for identifying the best method of retrieving specimens for our patients, preparing specimens for testing, and performing screening procedures in accordance with SCHC’s procedures.

Required qualifications for this position include:

· High school diploma or equivalent is required.

· At least 1-year experience as a Phlebotomist.

· Current Certification from an accredited phlebotomy certification program.

· Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
