Physical Therapist – Clinician owned and managed home health agency

Tired of working long shifts and driving hundreds of miles a day with minimal support and an overwhelming patient load? Come work for a home health agency where physical therapists make a difference! Our Physical Therapists care for patients in their homes, provide one on one care, and visit 3 to 5 patients a day. Our number one goal is to keep our patients in their home.

THE POSITION

Advantage is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Physical Therapist to provide services for its patients in the Stark and Summit counties and surrounding areas. A successful candidate will have at least one consecutive year of current experience working as a Physical Therapist in the hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, hospice or home health care fields. Home Health experience preferred but not required. We are seeking individuals that are:

• Team players willing to help, motivate and teach patients as well as fellow co-workers.
• Good communicators with our patients and stakeholders (internal staff, co-treating disciplines, social workers, discharge planners and physicians).
• Organized and able to manage a Physical Therapist case load of 20 to 25 patients in an autonomous work environment.
• Ability to supervise PTA's and work with our internal therapy team of PT's, PTA's, OT's, COTA's and ST's
