MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a passionate Home Health Physical Therapist to provide, evaluate, and implement physical therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of needs based on orders from attending physicians or qualified referral sources following accepted professional practices. This specific posting is relevant to the Northshore area of Houston, but we have a need for Physical Therapist's all over and encourage you to apply or email inquiries related to openings closer to you. This caseload will be a part-time schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an accredited school program of Physical Therapy
- Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Texas
JOB DUTIES
- Conduct Initial Evaluations, Re-evaluation, and assessments
- Provide, implement and manage client treatment
- Evaluate client progress towards treatment goals
- Monitor treatment integrity and adjust treatment protocols based on data
- Collect and Analyze Data
- Collaborate with the MedCare team to ensure quality care
