The Clubhouse, a part of the Cicero Therapies family of businesses, is hiring a Licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist for a full-time position at their Roscoe Village location in Chicago, Illinois.

We are adding a pediatric physical therapist to our growing Physical Therapy team in Chicago. This position is available for full-time hours beginning immediately! This caseload will consist of private pay and private insurance clients. This is an ideal opportunity to join a practice with over 20 years of history delivering collaborative, play-based therapy to clients in the Chicagoland area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and document, analyze, and interpret results
• Provide both group and individual therapy services to clients
• Complete all required documentation for clients
• Collaborate with Clubhouse colleagues to discuss progress and recommendations for clients
• Provide family education and training
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, BCBAs, RBTs, and LCSWs to help clients reach their goals
• Participate in our mentorship network as either a mentee or mentor

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited college or university
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Illinois
• 1-2 years of Pediatric experience or other experience working with children in a clinical capacity
• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking - preferred
