Position: Physical Therapy Aide

Location: Bend, Oregon at the North Clinic
Employment Type: Part-Time with potential for future Full-Time
Wage: $17 to $20 per hour

Job Overview:
The Physical Therapy Aide responsibilities involve working under close supervision of a physical therapist to perform delegated tasks including preparing patients, leading patients through exercise programs, and maintaining treatment areas.

The Physical Therapy Aide position with Rebound will provide excellent learning opportunities for anyone looking to pursue a career in physical therapy, occupational therapy, allied health, medical doctor, physician assistant, or other related career fields.
Full time: 36 to 40 hours per week
Part time hours: 20 to 35 hours per week

Qualifications:
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
At least 18-years of age and have a high school diploma, or equivalent
Personable, energetic, and capable of working with a diverse group of people
Reliable and professional with the ability to place value on and maintain patient care as the number one priority
Effective oral and written communication skills
Preference will be given to applicants holding a bachelor’s degree in pre-physical therapy coursework and a desire to pursue a career within physical therapy.

All staff and patients must follow CDC COVID guidelines for health care facilities. Masks are strictly required for everyone while in the clinic. As a health care facility, we are subject to the Oregon Health Authority Administrative Order PH 42-2021 (COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement), effective September 1, 2021, mandating full vaccination or a valid exemption due to a medical condition or a sincerely held religious belief. Any offer of employment for this position will be conditioned upon proof of the same.
