We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Family Practice / Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with adult & pediatric experience that are entrepreneurial in spirit with kindness and competence as their strengths.

What you'll be doing:

You will be providing a wide variety of clinical services ranging from acute episodic care to chronic disease management and everything in between. Clinical Competence: Our Advanced Practitioners Function in lieu of or alongside a physician, and it is essential for an urgent care Advanced Practitioners to have excellent assessment skills in order to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary.
Be able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be managing the flow in the clinic to keep wait times short. Show willingness to take on new tasks and learn new processes, systems and technology.
Kindness and Empathy: Be willing to go the extra mile for your patients. Be willing to listen to your patients and address their concerns with respect and empathy. You will be providing patient education to patients and their families to ensure better outcomes.
