Job description
This opportunity has a salary plus productivity bonus with profit sharing starting in year 2. You will be offered malpractice coverage, medical benefits, life insurance/disability, vacation/holidays, CME, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a pension plan in the 2nd year.
