Metz Culinary Management at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford is hiring. Do you have cooking experience? We want you!
The pizza cookmakes pizza, calzones, strombolis and the like. Also perform other duties in the areas of kitchen as well as prepping food items and making dough.
- Ensure food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature.
- Follow specific recipes as provided
