Operating as a regional airline, Air Wisconsin performs flying services for United Airlines. We fly a fleet of CRJ-200 regional jets as United Express throughout the Eastern and Central United States, and are dedicated to making our travelers’ experiences safe and pleasant.

Air Wisconsin is looking for a self-motivated individual with strong computer skills and attention to detail. Supporting the airlines’ Maintenance Department, the Maintenance Planning Specialist plans and schedules aircraft maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Using basic Excel skills, analyzes maintenance reports for each aircraft within the fleet.
  • Interfaces with other departments to maximize opportunities for scheduled maintenance.
  • Works independently with good time management skills to successfully complete a high workload of tasks in a fast-paced environment, while also ensuring communication with teammates.
  • Ensures continuous compliance of all manufacturer and regulatory requirements, balancing manpower, parts and tooling availability with maintenance program deadlines.

Requirements Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Degree in Aviation Management/Maintenance or Applied Engineering Technology or FAA Airframe and Powerplant license preferred.
  • Two years of experience with an emphasis on planning, in any industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with a wide variety of computer programs.
  • This position works 1pm-11pm on the following 14 day rotation - 5 days on, 4 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off.
  • This position is a non-exempt position (salary + overtime).
