Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end and year-end close
- Advise organizational leaders on issues relating to finance and budget
- Responsible for the effectiveness of internal controls
- Supervise a 6 member accounting team
- Run variances and cost analysis
- Manage inventory
Required Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Capital expenditure and internal controls experience is a plus
- Excellent communicator
