At our client's facility in Tualatin, Oregon, Plastics Fabricators play a very important part in the overall parts production process. Our Plastics Fabricators need to be focused and be able to concentrate on hands-on repetitive tasks during their shift. To do this job well, a fascination with precision and connecting dots in a systematic way is important. What We Are Offering:

Location:
Tualatin, OR
Starting Pay: $24-$26/hr. plus 10% shift differential
Hours: Swing shift (4:00pm - 2:30am - Mon. - Fri.)
Environment: Semiconductor manufacturing and production floors
Job Type: Full-Time

General Overview of Duties:

  • Perform assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks
  • Consulting and reading blueprints, schematics and drawings to create products to required specifications
  • Using tools to make, cut, shape, weld, bend, repair or join components
  • Examining components and parts for faults and mistakes in order to remedy problems before faulty products are produced
  • Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling
  • Ensure and verify material is handled (and loaded) on production lines properly
  • Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards
  • Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship
  • Provide feedback and training when problems occur
  • Work independently with moderate supervision
  • Understand the overall benefit of teamwork and leading by example
  • A desire to learn and grow
