DAY TO DAY AS A PODIATRY OFFICE MANAGER

As a Podiatry Office Manager, you manage office flow to ensure our practice runs smoothly and we can effectively serve our patients. Every day, you perform a variety of administrative tasks that optimize patient experience. These tasks differ depending on the day, but typical duties include insurance authorizations, scheduling surgeries, tracking the use of durable medical equipment (DME), managing staff schedules, and working toward clinic goals.

When we develop new projects for better serving our patients, you help implement the ideas and see the project through to completion. A team player, you eagerly support our office staff and podiatry providers and assist them as needed. You find satisfaction in helping optimize our operations and ensuring our patients have only positive experiences with us!
