What you'll do as an Assembler at Polaris:

• Prepare or build up vehicle parts, subsystems and components
• Install subsystems, parts and components into a vehicle on moving assembly line
• Perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality
• Use and operate various power tools, hoists and production equipment

What it takes to become an Assembler at Polaris:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, pinch, grip and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8-hours per day
• Understanding that completion of a criminal background check and drug screening are part of the hiring process
