Syntelligent is seeking Policy & Program Analyst with an active Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility to support current, funded work at a government location in the Springfield, VA area. Partial Telework authorized with onsite work as needed/required.

Duties will include:
  • Provides knowledge and experience relevant in an intelligence domain and applies the knowledge to the development of policies, plans, strategies; assists in implementing such functions; and monitors and evaluates progress and outcomes of these actions
  • Applies knowledge of the subject matter to analyze and solve problems in areas, facilitates engagements and collaboration, and ensures effective and efficient operations
  • Analyzes other related factors of programs including finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, research and analysis, or other program support
  • Assists in leading and participates in processing business requirements including but not limited to, analysis, evaluation, and implementation of systems or processes
  • Plans, designs, and conducts studies including risk analyses, contingency planning, and feasibility studies
  • Creates program work products such as policies, procedures, strategies, reports, correspondence, presentations, plans, and spreadsheets
Skills and Experience Needed:
  • Level 2:
Masters Degree in a relevent field and zero (0) years of experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two (2) years of experience in the IC
Associates degree in a relevant field and at least four (4) years of experience in the IC
No degree and six (6) years of experience in the IC
  • Demonstrated proficiency in intelligence and counterintelligence (CI) operations
  • Experience identifying, organizing, and acting against intelligence consumer requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, coordinate, implement intelligence strategies and integrated intelligence campaign plans/concepts of operations, forecast intelligence needs for tools, training, and support, and assist with associated budgetary and procurement actions
  • Experience assessing policy needs and assisting with the development of strategy, doctrine, plans, policies, standards, and procedures to meet those needs, and the coordination and staffing of policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to provide counterintelligence (CI) support services to include but not limited to CI process development, program analysis, assessments, and program development activities
  • Experience executing outreach and stakeholder engagement actions
  • Active Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility (required)
  • (REQUIRED) Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher DIE Certification) or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire (https://dodcertpmo.defense.gov/IFPC/).

The likely salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
