We are seeking an experienced team leader to support our Service Department.
**Valid driver’s license and clean DMV report are required**
Service Assistant Manager – responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the Service Manager in leading the service department team, scheduling pool cleaning technicians, coaching technicians and providing on-the-job training, performing on-site pool cleaning and trouble-shooting for equipment, ordering and inventorying parts and chemicals, and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
· Previous pool technician experience 1-3 years is required.
· Prior supervisory experience 2-4 years is required.
· Prior management experience 1-3 years in a dynamic setting is preferred.
This position is salaried, year-round full time, with eligibility to participate in health insurance and 401k programs.
