JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a Porter to take care of our building and carry our cleaning duties as well as preventative maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Cleans/maintains common areas, mail rooms, and laundry rooms
• Empties trash
• Cleans kitchen
• Assist with the maintenance team
