The Goddard School in Granger, Indiana, is currently seeking full-time Infant Teachers to join our team. As part of our team, you will be part of a world-class Goddard program that instills a lifelong love of learning and provides an excellent educational experience to our students. We are looking for candidates who are flexible with scheduling between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and understand that learning is all around us, and children learn best through play.

Our Lead and Assistant Teachers work together to develop lesson plans, meet the individual needs of the children, communicate with parents, participate in staff and training meetings, design an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom, interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning, present expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level, plan and implement activities that develop self-esteem and social skills, communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff, build teamwork, use assessment tools, and commit to continuing education.

Candidates must possess energy, patience, and a genuine love of children, and we are only interested in hiring those who genuinely care about young children, want to help teach young children, and who are interested in long-term employment. We require our teachers to adhere to strict Goddard Quality Assurance Standards as well as implement their lesson plans based on Goddard Developmental Goals and the Foundations for Young Children to the Indiana Academic Standards.

Candidates with an Associate degree or higher will be preferred, and candidates with a Bachelor's or a Master's degree will also be given preference. Candidates with prior experience in this field will also be considered.

• Associate preferred
• Bachelor's degree or a Masters preferred or number of years of experience.
