**Candidates must be an active member of a church from a Reformed persuasion. e.g., Christian Reformed Church (CRC), United Reformed Church URC), Reformed Church in America (RCA), Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), Orthodox Presbyterian Church (OPC), Reformed Baptist or similar Reformed denomination.**
DeMotte Christian Schools is looking for a qualified part-time preschool teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. This open position will be for our 3 year old preschool classes 2 days a week with the potential of more depending on enrollment. This position could be combined with another part-time position to become full-time. DeMotte Christian Schools is located about an hour southeast of Chicago in Northwest Indiana in a community that has strongly supported Christian education for the past 76 years.
Applicants must hold an associates or bachelor's degree in early childhood development or related field from an accredited college or university, agree fully with the school's statement of beliefs, be an active member of a church with a Reformed persuasion, and be able to teach young children well. Opportunities to lead extracurricular activities are also available.
