We are hiring individudals with open availability. This includes days, nights and weekends as well as 40 hour a week full-time or 20-30 hour part-time schedules.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Pressure Washer to join our team. You must know how to operate a high-pressure washing system to clean large areas, such as buildings, walkways, and big vehicles, and prepare surfaces for repair or construction. When working with the equipment, you must ensure the water supply is sufficient for the job and follow all industry standards and safety regulations. Our ideal candidate has industry experience, can work independently, and is willing to drive to different job site locations.

What you’ll be doing
- Check the equipment to make sure you have an adequate water supply and that it is working properly
- Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces
- Inspect the surface area after the washing to ensure it is clear of dirt and debris
- Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury
What’s needed to do the job
You’ll be ensuring tenants, guests and vendors have a clean, healthy and safe property to live or work in. It’s important to be polite and respectful as well as thorough and observant of what more can be done to provide the highest level of service.
…and now the Requirements
- Any Residential or Commercial site cleaning experience as a Janitor, Custodian, Porter or Matron.
- Must willing to drive between Maryland, Virgina, and DC
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a powerwasher or pressure cleaner
- Familiar with using cleaning products and equipment to clean floors and carpets.
- Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
- Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
